-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

*Starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bag provided only.
*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction
*Must sign a rental agreement to book
*ID Verification will be required before receiving check-in instructions

*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. $50 fee up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each and crated if home alone. $100 for stay 10 days or more.

We needed a place to stay with our elderly dog and this was perfect. We could walk everywhere for anything we needed. The place was very clean. One day the owner saw me outside and thanked me for staying there and asked if everything was going ok with the cottage. We used to live in PSJ and being downtown is always fun. There is a little traffic noise but it is such quiet town that it died down early and we couldn't hear anything in the bedrooms. We come up several times a year and would stay here again.
