Experience the charm of a Florida cottage-style home in the heart of Port St. Joe, just half a block from St. Joe Bay! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your fresh catch, while the spacious patio boasts two ceramic grills, a Blackstone griddle, a fryer/steamer, and a fish cleaning table. You can even catch your favorite game on the 55" TV while you cook. With all these amenities, dining out becomes optional!
The fully fenced backyard provides a secure and enjoyable space for your dogs. The large driveway accommodates up to four vehicles or an offshore-sized boat with a vehicle. Prefer to explore? Everything in town is within walking distance!
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with blackout curtains for restful sleep—so comfortable that guests frequently ask where we got the mattress! The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an armoire to keep your belongings organized. At the back of the house, a bright and spacious room overlooks the patio and features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a desk, and a 32" monitor with a printer/scanner/copier—perfect for booking a fishing trip or getting work done without squinting at your laptop.
The home includes two recently remodeled bathrooms—one between the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo and another near the bunk room with a walk-in shower, ideal for guests with mobility concerns. A gas-powered tankless water heater ensures endless hot water.
The kitchen is stocked with high-end dishes, silverware, and cookware, along with a reverse osmosis system providing clean drinking water at the sink and to the ice maker. In the evenings, unwind on the screened front porch in our hand-built swing while watching golf carts pass by on the town’s only designated route. Or, relax in the spacious living room with plush new leather furniture.

Great Home!! The house was clean and had everything you would need. The backyard was awesome for our K9. The location was so convenient to the restaurants. We loved it.

The pictures does not do this place justice. The owner has it set up so cute inside and there’s a full entertainment area on the back patio. Perfect for your furry friends too. We brought our lab and it was nice to have a fully fenced in area where we could hang out and have fun but also not have to worry about him running off. Property manager is super friendly and responsive. Area of cottage is in walking distance to everything in downtown Port St Joe and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
