Large house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large den, newly remodeled kitchen and dining room with table that seats 8. Outdoor area for grilling and relaxing includes patio furniture and a large screened in front porch. There is plenty of parking including a covered carport. Plenty of room for boat parking and hose for easy clean up after a day on the water. Downtown area is within walking distance with a variety of shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Walking trail and park are located one block from the house. Fenced in area for pups with doggie door off the screened porch.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Will be back next year for Blast on the Bay. Will check if the house is available again.

Location was nice not on the beach but a short drive. It was nice they allowed digs because one of ours is elderly and dealing with arthritis pain so we had to leave her there most days . The yard is nice though you share it with a couple of small cottages on the property. The house was nice with 3 bedrooms which is nice because I snore at night sometimes and my wife could sleep in another bedroom. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need. The living room space is nice though seemed hotter than the rest of the house, i had to turn down ac to keep it cooler when in there. The laundry room was nice though you had to share with cottages. My wife likes the washer and dryer
