Die Küche war sehr gut sortiert. Es war alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Heizung hat schnell reagiert und gewärmt. Die Dusche war heiß und mit ausreichend Wasserdruck versehen. Das Fernsehprogramm war frei zu empfangen: Gott sei Dank kein Netflix, Raiplay, Dazn oder andere Bezahlschranken. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig und und in einer angenehmen Gegend in der Nähe zum Strand. Waschmaschine und alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist funktional mit einfachen Möbeln eingerichtet.
Das Bett quietscht und knarzt. Sowohl Lattenrost und Matratzen müssen ersetzt werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen, sodass die Nächte nicht erholsam waren. Das Schlafsofa nebenan durfte nicht ausgezogen werden, um es als Schlafgelegenheit zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist abends klamm und man muss nachheizen.
