Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch die Innenstadt sind Fussläufig erreichbar, sowie auch ein Bushaltestelle ganz in der nähe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und funktionell Einegrichtet.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das dass Sofa was auch das Bett in dieser Wohnung ist, einen unangenehmen Geruch hat.

I stayed there for two weeks and was completely satisfied with the apartment. The place was very warm, comfortable, and pleasant to live in. It has all the necessary facilities you need for a short or longer stay. The connection is very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Bahnhof by bus, and around 20 minutes on foot. On the same street, you can find everything you need for daily shopping, which made the stay even easier. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend this place without hesitation.

On the first day of January, we arrived with several large suitcases and a car that we had rented for only one hour to bring our luggage. Unfortunately, the entrance door code did not work, and we were locked outside. For about 30 minutes, we kept calling and sending messages to the host, but there was no response at all. During that time, we seriously considered booking a hotel, as we had no idea if or when someone would help us. After around half an hour, a cleaning staff member arrived, clearly unfriendly, handed us the key without any explanation, and left. This situation could have been avoided very easily. It would have been enough if the host had simply answered the phone and informed us that the code was not working and that the key was already on the way. In general, the host is not responsive on Booking or by phone. I strongly recommend calling and sending an SMS before arrival to make sure everything is properly arranged, otherwise you may end up waiting outside.

Apartment was very clean, linen and towels were fresh. Owner sent all necessary check-in details in time. Okay for the price

Apartment was freezing cold in May, and the request about heater was totally ignored. It seems that owner use automatic messages and don't care about tenants at all. Shower curtain was stinky, with the smell of damp. One day I came quite late and upstairs someone was still playing quite loud music around 2am. I can sleep with a noise, but for another people it could be a problem.
