Abbiamo soggiornato i primi di novembre del 2025, le temperature a Vico Equense sono ottime, non abbiamo mai necessitato di accendere una stufetta anche se abbiamo trovato delle giornate di pioggia. In questo mese non si paga la tassa di soggiorno.
L’Appartamento è ampio, si accede da un’ingresso comune, con una struttura tipica a corte interna, a differenza di questa parte comune, l’appartamento è pulitissimo, ordinato e con interni ristrutturati.
Vengono forniti lenzuola e ottimo piumino. La cucina è ben servita. Con microonde e macchina del caffè ampio frigo per la spesa. Un bel tavolo per mangiare
Bagno piccolo ma funzionale, con phone e un kit di asciugamani. Bagno cieco ma con ventilazione.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ho sempre avuto un’ottima corrispondenza, ci hanno consigliato anche alcuni posti di Vico equense dove mangiare
Il pro è che essendo in centro avete ogni servizio a portata di mano e in pochi minuti so raggiunge la stazione per visitare i vari punti della costiera.
Se torneremo a vico, la risceglierei.
Purtroppo la lavatrice/ tubazioni aveva delle problematiche,ma abbiamo fatto presente ai proprietari. Quindi spero che per la stagione 2026 ci sia la possibilità di questo servizio. Idem per l’armadio che aveva l’anta che non scorreva.
Io lo consiglierei alle coppie, perché la camera da letto è il soppalco del salotto quindi non vi sono dei muri divisori.
Gli infissi sono datati ed essendo su una strada principale i rumori esterni sono inevitabilmente, ma con dei tappi si dorme benissimo. E l’armadio è ottimo per due persone.

Das Appartment liegt im Zentrum der geschäftigen Kleinstadt Vico Equense. Wer sich da über Lärm und Abgase beschwert, war entweder noch nie in Italien oder kann keine Karten lesen. Die Balkontür hat Doppelverglasung und Fensterläden innen und außen, wodurch die Geräusche der Straße effizient abgehalten werden. Der Circumvesuviana-Bahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants und Bars finden sich in reichlicher Anzahl direkt nebenan, darunter die zu Recht berühmte Eisdiele "Gabriele". Man tritt aus der Haustür und findet sich mittten im italienischen Leben. Wir fanden die Lage großartig.
Das Appartment befindet sich in einem imposanten Altbau in der 1. Etage. Die Deckenhöhe (mit Gewölbe!) ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu perfekt. Moderne Elektrogeräte, u.a. ein Induktionsherd, reichlich Küchenutensilien, bequeme Möbel. Geschickt plazierte Leuchten, die einen hellen und freundlichen Eindruck vermittlen, obwohl Tageslicht nur durch die Balkontür hereinfällt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Roberto und Maryline war top, alle Nachrichten wurden umgehend beantwortet. Die Vermieter wiesen uns auf den Direktbus vom Flughafen nach Vico Equense hin und erwarteten uns bei der Ankunft. Als wir abends müde von der Reise ankamen, fanden wir zur Begrüßung je eine Flasche Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank vor, dazu noch ein paar Lebensmittel für das Frühstück am ersten Morgen. Super.

The hosts were lovely and attended to needs asap - like missing kitchen knives and peeler. Very central location. The apartment was very clean. Lovely linens. Spacious and had a very generous amount of supplies.
Unfortunately on the first night I fell on the bottom step in the apartment and broke my foot. I misjudged in the night as the railing stops short of the bottom step. The hosts were very apologetic and checked in on us. I then slept in the lounge on the sofa which was incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a portable unit was very noisy. Upstairs bedroom only had a fan. As people had mentioned the street is VERY noisy - strangely more so in the night than the day (so it felt). We left a day early due to comfort and was refunded part of the last night
