Il Moscardino

The host was very friendly and easy to reach, providing clear phone instructions on how to collect the apartment keys. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and featured a lovely balcony that created a warm, homey atmosphere. It is well-equipped with cooking facilities, utensils, a fridge, and a clothes drying rack. I was especially delighted to find a moka pot provided! Additionally, the location is strategic, very close to the city center, restaurants, the beach, and local shops.

The shower curtain was too short, leaving the bathroom floor wet after showering. It would be helpful if the host provided basic amenities like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, a tea towel, and matches/a lighter (I had to run to the store just to get a lighter to make coffee). Clearer labeling for where the cutlery is stored would be a great addition! (It was actually pretty funny, I had to run to a nearby restaurant just to ask for help opening my wine!) Additionally, including photos of the building's exterior would make the apartment much easier to find.

Cute little home in a really nice location. Slightly underrated considering amazing views are just a minute walk. Loved it!

POSIZIONE CENTRALE MA TRANQUILLITA'

L’appartement a beaucoup de charme, bien placé et au calme. Literie au top. Bonne réactivité des propriétaires à la suite de problèmes survenus: pas de gaz pour cuisiner et panne de chauffage heureusement solutionnés.

La gestion à distance par la propriétaire du chauffage avec des arrêts ne permet une régulation de la température de l’appartement qui se refroidit vite en cette période. Absence de produits de première nécessité (sel, sucre, shampooing etc)
