Far but close.... of the craziness of a crowded Sorrento, just a short train ride to get there. We also used the train to do a day visit to Napoli, and our tour to Pompeii. Cheap and efficient means of public transportation. Luca waited for us for check in and also guided us to his parking space ($20 per day, very safe and spacious for my big SUV). Clean and safe apartment with a killer view of the Mt. Vesuvius from the living room and bedroom. He recommended us to eat at Pizza by Metro, about 50 meters from the apartment... it was sooooooo good we ended up eating there for 3 consecutive days. (not just pizza... all kinds of excellent Italian cuisine). We loved our stay in Vico. Book it without any hesitation!
The size of the shower room... if you are a big guy, you would possibly be a bit uncomfortable. It was for our family members though.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben Weihnachten in Vico E verbracht und haben uns über die Weihnachtsdekoration in der Wohnung gefreut. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und verschiedene leckere Snacks zum Frühstück. Alles super, der Kontakt zu Luca war sehr freundlich, wir haben auch einige Nachbarn kennengelernt, was sehr nett war. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit. Alles super, vielen Dank.

The apartment was fabulous with some gorgeous views of Monte Vesuvio. It was bright, clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There was absolutely everything one needed for a wonderful stay. Luca met us and showed us around. He had left us a very delicious breakfast of teas, coffee, milks, yogurts, pastries, cakes and more. The location was perfect....in the heart of Vico Equense near cafes, restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk from the train station. We couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou!

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as our first stay. Our host Luca made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. The apartment is very nice, clean, & well organized. Early in the morning there are different types of markets available; fish, meat, general. This apartment is close to the regional train making it very convenient. Next time we come back we will definitely stay there again.
