Great location just off the trans pennine trail which was perfect for our bike ride. Comfortable beds, modern clean bathrooms (although the en-suite shower leaks and water comes through the ceiling in the hall).
Lack of glasses. Not enough to cater for the amount the property holds. Not well equipped for cooking. Could do with more pans and dishes. No mirror in the bathroom.

Facilities were spacious and included full functioning kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine on site. Free WiFi and on site parking.
Wasn't as clean as the photos suggested with stains in the kitchen and living room floors. Garden had no furniture to sit outside despite there being a patio for it. Access provided for children but no highchair or cot provided despite there being space. Beds and sofa were hard. Pillows on bed were flat in need of replacing. The biggest issue we had was not being able to access the property due to the main door lock sticking and the back door key not working when we called the Head Office to help get access. The driveway is described as being able to fit 3 cars or 2 large vans, but we barely fit 2 cars side by side. Walls in the property had filler on them with no paint and there were damages done to the wall. When booking, it was stated there is housekeeping staff, the cleanliness of the property was lacking as there was black staining above an ensuite door, yellow sticky marks on the ensuite walls, mold in windows and shower seals. The ensuite door didn't close and backdoor squeaked constantly when opened. It also states that it is close to Yorkshire Wildlife Park, but it is 30 mins away. Overall, a disappointing stay despite the wonderful pictures.

The location was good
It was a “shell” that seemed like it had not been finished. We noticed a lot of finishing details that were incomplete and the little accessories that create a more comfortable environment were missing - no mirrors in bathrooms, no toilet paper holders etc.
