Great stay but sissapointing customer care.

Easy to get in. Very spacious, 3 double bedrooms. Large kitchen two bathrooms Easy access to road network and town centre.

I left my keys in the bedside cabinet and despite several emails and a phone call I had no joy in getting them back or even a response to say they couldn't be found.

Great place

Very clean, and was comfortable. While the loungeroom is small, it's because it has a lot of couch seating which is great as there were 5 of us and we all had a place to sit. Beds were mostly comfortable and bathrooms were great, good water pressure compared to other places we stayed in. Main bedroom has an ensuite and there's a main bathroom as well as an additional toilet downstairs which is great for larger family groups. Very large kitchen, and large dining space. Nicely decorated, and a great location. Responsive hosts - we unfortunately only had 3 cups, spoons etc for 5 people but the hosts sent housekeeping as soon as they got the email on Monday morning to top up. Easy to manage heating, with a dial on each floor to turn up or down. Nice wide parking out the front.

This is a really great place, the only two things are the main bedroom, which has the double bed made by zipping together 2 singles so the middle of the bed you tend to fall into, and the sun in the kitchen and dining room in the morning is blinding, so the window and back door could do with light curtains - it would still let the light in but you wouldn't have direct sunlight in your eyes while making breakfast and preventing people from sitting at certain seats at the table.

Comfortable but small annoying problems due to being a new property. Time May solve these issues.

Location excellent and furnishings modern and comfortable

No hand towels in bathrooms/WC. Not enough/ large enough cooking utensils to prepare meal for 5. No bath mats. No dishwasher tablets. Had to search for hairdryer. Found in housekeeping cupboard. No roasting tins. No small glasses, just extra large tumblers. Presumably these problems due to being a new property and will be resolved with more experience.
