location is excellent relative to the train station which was our key requirement
Expensive although this was during the Le Mans weekend, cooking facilities were inconsistent, for example the kettle did not work and their was no oven or frying pan.

Lovely place with open plan kitchen. The bedrooms were great and comfortable. Good bathroom. Garage was great for the motorcycles. Good location for the train station/tram.
A few minor issues. The garage was great but no instructions on were to park for which apartment. The kitchen tap was very loose and there was damage to one of the bedroom doors. No toaster.

Reasonable value and suited our needs for a one night stopover. Charlene was helpful.
Not sure the sheets were clean. The kettle was not very good. You could hear the neighbouring flat.
