Comfortable and convenient stay in Le Mans.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Nice cool air con for upstairs. Large open plan lounge and dining table. Very convenient and comfortable for a short stay. Easy self check in. There's a supermarket and patisserie within a few minutes walk. Parking was easy in a nearby car park.

Air con was only one unit upstairs but it seemed to work ok when pointed around the room. The location is out of town but that was fine for our stopover.

Lovely place, good location, well decorated and spacious

We are a family of four and the house, with its 2 separated bedrooms, allowed us to stay comfortably. Very functional and well decorated.

Liked everything. The only small “annoyance” was that there were four cars in the garage, one of them parked outside the lines, which made us impossible to park and have to leave it on the street (but risky as the boot was full and out suitcases were all there).

There was no bedding (sheet, duvet cover, pillow case) for the pull out bed - I chose this apartment so that my son and daughter could have separate beds so the lack of bedding wasn’t good. Also the shower needs cleaning with a cleaning product - it has gone orange with soap residue!

Lovely modern clean duplex, really calm and quiet, with very secure garage parking and an electric car charger! Easily the best place we've stayed on our week long travels around Northern France.

Details of entry were a bit later than expected, and the place wasn't 100% ready when we arrived, but it was still lovely.

Perfect for what we needed!

It was all really lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. It’s very compact so it suited us well for a night but for a family it wouldn’t work for much longer than that. The parking was secure and it’s really close to some lovely boulangeries! Also really appreciated the blackout blinds on the windows and the air conditioning unit.

I didn’t realise the bedroom was on a mezzanine level, so it’s open to the whole apartment and therefore the sofa bed too. Again, this was fine for one night but for our small children who don’t sleep that well, being open-plan for sleeping isn’t the best. Also, the stairs aren’t child friendly at all. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and it did make me nervous! Absolutely fine for a one night stopover.

Scandalosa mancanza di pulizia e di serietà. State alla larga!

Scomodissimo da raggiungere con le valigie, appena entrati nella sala si sono viste le condizioni indecenti di pulizia della stanza. Prenotato per 3 ma le lenzuola non erano presenti. Abbiamo dovuto dormire usando gli asciugamani sul un coprimaterasso dove eran presenti capelli polvere e macchie di cui meglio ignorare la provenienza. Tavoli appiccicosi su cui non poter appoggiare nulla, cabina doccia con la nebbia del calcare di qualche anno mentre polvere capelli e odore di chiuso permeavano il resto della stanza. Le foto non rendono lo scempio. Per completare l opera esclusivamente tramite whatsapp perché non si degnano di rispondere all inizio ci era stato offerto il rimborso ma poi quando abbiam fornito l' IBAN si sono dileguati.

Lieu malfrequenté ! Fuyez !!!!

Nous avons apprécié les produits mis a disposition et le fait d'arrivée en autonomie.

Cependant, notre séjour était une vraie catastrophe! L'hôte ne répond jamais, nous avons reçu un sms de sa part pour connaitre juste notre nom. Et av il ns recu que des messages automatiques autrement malgre les nombreux messages d'alerte de notre part. Nous avons eu des voisins de pallier de la même enseigne qui étaient hyper bruyant avec une musique à fond toute la nuit et cela jusque 07h30 du matin. Nous avons passé une journée sur la route et étions épuisés de notre journée. A notre arrivée 23h nous n'avions qu'une envie c'est de dormir ! Mais IMPOSSIBLE de fermer les yeux! Notre fille était terrorisée car la musique en elle même était agressive ! Le logement ... aucune lumière fonctionnelle dans le séjour, on voyait rien même dans la cuisine. Le drap house sur le canapé lit n'était pas propre et la couette sans housse. Le seul drap disponible mis a disposition a servi a recouvrir le matelas ... mais notre fille a fini par dormir avec nous vu l'accumulation de désordre en si peu de temps! La salle de bain : de l'eau qui fuit car la porte de douche n'est pas étanche et le support du pommeau est cassé... sans compter que les jets du pommeau de pluie qui partent dans tous les sens! Rien de pratique finalement qd on fait le bilan! Nous avons réservé cette semaine plusieurs logements avec booking comme à notre habitude mais celui-ci est vraiment une horreur, nous le recommandons absolument pas ! Cet endroit est frequenté par des " mafieux"...
