Joli petit studio tout confort et bien aménagé au sein du quartier historique de Nevers.
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Une vue sur cour très exiguë et de fait appartement légèrement sombre sans soleil. Mais impeccable par temps de canicule car l'appartement restait frais.

Worked perfectly for one person and would be fine for a couple. Well located close to restaurants, bars and shops. It’s a very old building, like most in Neverre, and has been tastefully renovated, maintaining the original spiral staircase
It’s on the street so you will hear some people passing at night although very little noise from cars

L’emplacement
Le logement n’était pas très propre et je ne vous parle pas du drap housse très sale ,avec des taches de sang , et penser à mettre les grandes serviettes de bain, elles étaient toutes petites.
