Because of flight delays, we arrived much later than expected at zuni’s homestay, but they welcomed us extremely kindly in their beautiful house. We didn’t stay long, but we had a good time. A breakfast with a wonderful view on the mountains. And a good night in a very clean and nice room! I would for sure recommend this experience at their homestay. Being with locals is always such a pleasure when you want to get to know a culture !

Spotless house and the family was very kind. Homemade breakfast massive and yummy. Despite being a little isolated, train and bus station is in a 20-minute walk(downhill).

To come back it is recommended to be picked up by a tuktuk, due to the fact it is on the mountain.

We checked in at Zunis homestay around 9.30 PM on a Thursday. The hosts were welcoming & directed us to the triple room & the double room. The triple room had two double beds, which were comfortable and covered with mosquito nets. The room was spacious & clean. It was equipped with a sofa, a chair, a table, a pedestal fan & a clothes-hanging rack. The bathroom was well-spaced, and it was clean. Hot water worked without an issue. Towels & soap were available as amenities. The hosts were caring, and they even prepared an early morning tea at our request. The prices were very reasonable for an accommodation in Hanthana.
