The owner was really friendly and extra helpful. His son drove us to our next destination for a fair price. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cute little property with lovely owners. Rooms were exactly what you needed with amazing air con and fans. Staff super helpful with all needs. About a 20 minute walk into town, just off the busy road which you wouldn’t notice as a nice quiet area from the craziness of Kandy.

Very clean and spacious room with everything you need, we just stayed one night and the owners son drove us to ambwella train station at 5am to ensure we wouldn’t miss our train. He was a very safe driver with lots of interesting information, he also does tours so would 100% recommend him as well as the guesthouse.
No fault of the owners but it’s about a 20 minutes walk from town along a main road so if you’re not up for walking you need to get a tuk tuk

Very very very clean and spacious
Excellent room, peaceful, air con,
Large bathroom, comfortable bed, Spacious seating area
Absolutely lovely family in charge
I didn’t need them to organise any trips for me but if I needed a trip I would have trusted them
Tuk tuks just outside on the street
I don’t eat breakfast BUT when I was leaving I was given some homemade Sri Lankan rice and coconut pudding to try -!: it was very tasty - so my guess is the breakfast would be great too
