Very clean bright apartment walking distance from all the attractions in Rome. Close to small mini markets for stocking up on drinks and snacks. Good contact and communication via text with Sara. SMART TV in every room. Lovely view from Balcony. Quiet at night and AC and WiFi worked well.
It would have been nice to have extra towels or bath mats and extra toiletries (especially toilet roll) in the bathroom. Milk in fridge or small milk sachets would have been nice to have on arrival. There was an intermittent issue with the hot water on the last two days. But this was not a major issue and Sara was helpful throughout communication was excellent. The lift is very small which is just how they will be in such apartments but if claustrophobic this can be an issue. The airport transfer driver (booked via the apartment) drove incredibly fast and did not seem to be driving safely (we were not in a rush but he obviously was!).

Renting this apartment was the best thing we could do when exploring Rome, travelling with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The apartment was absolutely wonderful with spacious and modern bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area were we all could get together. The apartment was well equiped with for example; dishwasher, microwave oven, coffe machine, hairdryer and wifi that worked perfectly. The location of the apartment was perfect, with walking distance to everything; historic attactions and seightseeing, shopping, restaurants and bars. The hostess, Sara, was extremely professional and helpful and made everything work out so smoothly, from check-in and suggestions to booking taxitransfers. We could not ask for anything more. We can truly recommend this apartment.
