La casa è comoda e ben accessoriata, apprezzato le cialdine di caffè e i biscottini come cadeaux. Bella la vista sul golfo e comodo il parcheggio riservato sotto casa.
C'era odore di fumo stantio, i pavimenti non erano puliti e per il prezzo pagato, dover buttare l'immondizia, togliere le lenzuola e piegarle insieme agli asciugamani mi sembra eccessivo.
