Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat in Ajaccio to rent for up to 2 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with a connected TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing area, with sea views
- A shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A 12m² south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Ajaccio and Porticcio, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Ajaccio city centre & discover the old town, the port, the market.
- Numerous water sports such as scuba diving and jet-skiing.
- Porticcio 16km away.
- Numerous beaches nearby: Mare e Sole, Quercioni (cow beach), Marinela, Tahiti, Ricanto, Aspretto.
- Boat trips to the calanques of Piana, Scandola and the Sanguinaires islands.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces near the flat.
