Tranquil beachfront condo for large families with amenities

This cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath, 2-story condo is perfect for large families. The condo is equipped to sleep up to 11 people. Sit on either of the 2 balconies and overlook the tranquil fish pond (the complex prefers you not try and catch dinner in the pond). On the 1st floor, there is a queen bedroom and full bathroom near the entry door. Next down the hallway is a fully stocked kitchen with nearly everything your group would need to prepare a fabulous meal to share around the spacious dining table and bar counter. Next is the living area. 2 full size couches, 1 which is a sleeper sofa, and an accent chair provide for the space to reflect on your amazing day at the beach or lounge around and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Enjoy the luxury of wood grain tile floors throughout. There is a private balcony on the 1st floor.

Take the stairs to the 2nd floor. Here, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. First, the front bedroom is typically for the youngsters. This room has a flat screen TV, 1 Twin bed and 1 Queen bed. There is a spacious closet as well. The next room is the queen bedroom with flat screen TV. Our favorite feature is the skylights that bring in natural light. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway for these two rooms. Finally, you find the master bedroom with king size bed. This room has a flat screen TV and a private balcony that overlooks the property. There is also a private bathroom in the master suite.

*Guests are responsible for pre-registering for the parking pass and wristbands. The amenity fee for this resort is $25 PER vehicle (2 vehicles max). If bringing a trailer, it must first be approved by security to be in the parking garage. They will charge $100 per spot it uses (if it uses more than one space, they will charge you $200) in addition to the $25 vehicle charge. Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
