L’emplacement
L’absence de volet ou de rideaux occultants et le manque d’information concernant la communication de la mezzanine avec le chambre. Par ailleurs la mezzanine est ok pour des enfants peu confortable pour des adultes

The location near the beach and the services are ideal. Secure parking. Easy access to Saint Gilles. Dishwasher and washing machine.
The unit is on the third floor with very little outdoor space. No elevator. The dustpan and brush need replacing. The shower is in need of some maintenance. No real privacy in the bedrooms as the second one is an entresol opening up to the main bedroom. The stairs to get up there require constant crouching.
