At the heart of Ermitage-Les-Bains, 80 meters from the lagoon, we propose you a new apartment T3 of 100 m2 crossing with:
- A large living room kitchen of 30 m2 with air conditioning
- A Varangue of 13 m2
- A terrace of 19 m2
- Two beautiful air-conditioned rooms of 10 and 12 m2 with cupboard.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate disabled toilet
Apartment ideal for 4 adults. More than 4 people: 10 € per person per night
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in a new residence. The setting is quiet, well secured protected, with easy access by elevators.
Large handicapped parking in basements.
This luxurious residence is ideally located in the heart of the seaside area of Ermitage-Les-Bains, your main journeys can be made on foot.
Fully equipped apartment:
- Varangue with dining table for 6 people which extends on a large terrace lined with greenery,
- 2 rooms with comfortable beds of 160 X 200 cm
- In the living room you will find: a sofa bed which allows a third bed of quality 140 cm X 190 cm + a small bed 90 cm X 190 cm + TV 130 cm
- The open kitchen on the living room is fully equipped with dishwasher + oven + microwave + refrigerator
- The dryer of 4 m2 has a washing machine and can shelter bicycles.
Access is free to the swimming pool of the residence.
Unlimited WI-FI connection
Linen (sheets and towels) and beach towels provided.
Masks and snorkels for your explorations of the lagoon available.
Non smoking apartment and our friends pets not allowed.

At the foot of the residence, you will find shops including a glacier, a food service, a fine grocery store ... and in the immediate vicinity (- 100 m) a supermarket (Score), fishmonger, bakery, cheese shop, a bowling alley, Numerous restaurants, bars, the craft market every Sunday morning on the Mail of Rodrigues. And a little further, about 200 m, we also find: gym, casino, nightclubs, equestrian center, tennis, etc ...

Appartement conforme à l'annonce.
Très agréable, au calme, très bien situé, propre, spacieux, fonctionnel.
Très bonne communication avec la responsable.

Les + super bien situé, très joli appart, tout à dispo même serviette de plage , personne de contact très gentille et arrangeante. Résidence très calme.
Les - odeur desagrable dans la salle de bain (égout) mais si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte ça passe. Résidence de retraite donc à la piscine avec les enfants pas possible de faire même un petit peu de bruit sans se faire engueuler.
Piscine impraticable durant 6 jours sur 13 proprio averti mais malheureusement pas de proposition de sa part de remboursement d une partie de la location car nous avons payé pour une piscine également mais que nous n avons pas pu utiliser durant 6 jours.

Très bel appartement, récent et bien entretenu, tout confort.
Idéalement situé prés des commerces de proximité et à quelques pas de la mer.
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
