Etre en dernier étage malgré sans ascenseur, le calme, la climatisation efficace, la proximité de la plage du lagon, les commerces, le confort de l'appartement, la place de parking privée, la vue sur l'océan, la boite à clé très pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ.
L'évier et lave vaisselle très mal placés, désagréable quand on fait la cuisine, aucun tri possible, ni bac à compost surprenant car cela devient très important pour tout le monde !
