Nice quiet and luxury beach house in St Gilles les Bains very well located 50 m walk from the lagoon of the hermitage and close to shops and restaurants.
With its garden of 500 m2, this bright and pleasant home promotes relaxation and conviviality with its 2 large terraces (living room and dining area), its outdoor shower to cool off after the beach, a Zen area with its deckchairs for a nap under the trees, a bar area and its BBQ to end the day.
House fully equipped, It includes: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds 160x200, a living room with a sofa bed offering a quality sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
Its terrace lounge is turned towards the sunset while its dining area with its large wooden table on the second terrace faces the BBQ area.
Fenced garden with parking space. Access to the beach by a small sandy path, next to the Hotel LUX 5 *. The house is located in a dead end, so the neighborhood is very quiet. It is 5 minutes walk from commerce (bakery, shops, small supermarket) and 10 minutes from the road tamarinds, major axis that serves all the west of the island.

Très belle case au bord du lagon de la Saline.
La maison est très bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal et nous avons eu un très bon accueil de Nathalie.
Tout était parfait!
