This beautiful three-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a residence in the heart of Hermitage-Les-Bains.
Its refined decor, its (very) large rooftop terrace, and its location less than a 5-minute walk from the lagoon promise you a wonderful vacation with family or friends!
The Rooftop apartment, with a total area of 175 m² (105 m² under the Carrez law), is located on the top floor. Access is via an elevator to the first two floors, followed by a short walk to reach the top floor. Inside, you’ll find:
Inside:
- An air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom (with a bathtub);
- A second air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private balcony;
- A third air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (90 cm);
- A living room with sofas, a coffee table, a rug, a TV, and internet access (fiber optic);
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room;
- A bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks (in the master bedroom);
- A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks;
- A separate toilet with a sink;
Outside:
- a large rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and a dining table;
- a private balcony off the second bedroom;
- a second balcony overlooking the living room.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans l'Ermitage. Idéal en famille car spacieux, proche de la plage, des commerces et de la Nationale pour rayonner. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. L'accueil de Peyo et ses équipes était parfait

Très agréable appartement. Très bien équipé et toit terrasse excellent pour petit déjeuner et dîner. Très bien situé proche des commerces très apprécié. Très fonctionnel et assez grand pour 6 à 8 couchages. Environnement très calme. Pas un bruit !!! Très bon accueil pour la remise des clés de même pour le départ. Je recommande à 200%...
