Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru The Platino 3 Bedroom

The location is excellent — right beside Paradigm Mall and within easy walking distance, which makes everything very convenient. Parking was hassle-free and well organised. The unit is located on a high floor (Level 28), offering an unobstructed view overlooking the expressway. The view is open and pleasant, especially nice after a long day out. One thing I really appreciated is that the unit is near the rubbish chute, yet there’s absolutely no issue with pests. The chute is separated by a door and staircase, so it’s clean and well managed. For families with children, this is actually a big plus — disposing of rubbish is quick and easy, especially when you’re dealing with diapers or multiple trash bags. The apartment is also right next to a Shell station, which drivers will definitely appreciate. The security guards were friendly and helpful, and they guided us clearly when we arrived, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Good for family of six.! Overall, it’s a very practical, family-friendly stay with great convenience and comfort. I would gladly stay here again.

The air-conditioning in the main living room could benefit from servicing, as it was not cooling effectively during our stay. The flooring could also be cleaned more thoroughly, as there were some fine hair and crumbs noticeable on the floor. Aside from these minor points, everything else was excellent and the place is otherwise superb.

Some of the doors are not aligned need some effort to close Dining table Abit small for the whole family 1 fan remote electrical contact rusted, can't control the speed

The apartment and bathroom is clean..

Bathroom should have floor towel instead of mat.
