Das Frühstück war gut, man konnte es sogar auf einer kleinen Terrasse einnehmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Dom war phantastisch, man konnte die gesamte Innenstadt bequem zu Fuss erkunden.

Schönes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude, aber mit allem modernen Komfort. Atmosphärischer Frühstücksraum in einem Gewölbe, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt von Bamberg zu erkunden, zum Dom sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Lage, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Ungenügende Ausstattung des Zimmers: weder Kühlschrank noch Safe, keine Seifenablage in der Dusche, minimale Hotelkosmetik, kein Kaffeekocher... Nur sehr kurze Besetzung der Rezeption.

The facility was nice and modern and the people were nice. Location was good and bad. It was in the middle of town but it was hard to find, there was no parking and a dance club kept us awake until 3 A.M.
No refrigerator, no mini bar, no security safe. It lacked a completeness of service and amenities I expect from a hotel in this price range. We couldn't keep cold drinks in the room, they couldn't sell us any either, and when I asked for a glass of ice they said they don't keep it. That's amateurish at best.
