We enjoyed our stay in Ludlow and the sherry was a lovely welcome surprise
Location was excellent especially as it has a parking space
The heating made it uncomfortable in the evening until we spoke to the owner to find out where the thermostat was. I don’t know if they have cleaners in afterwards but it would be an idea if they get them to look at the ceiling in the bedroom as there was cobwebs in the corners and light fixtures

Delightful and cosy apartment in excellent location.
Excellent location with on site parking and only a ten minute walk from Ludlow station and the castle. As soon as we opened the door and felt the warmth of the heating, we knew we had chosen well. The full kitchen was fantastic and we appreciated the little personal touches like providing milk on arrival, chocolate treat and bathroom amenities - very thoughtful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the sofa and we really enjoyed our drag and highly likely we will return.
It was a slight challenge getting into and out of the bath to access the shower, but we provided feedback to the owner regarding a handrail which they addressed immediately and also suggested it would be useful to have kitchen paper/napkins provided.
