Private Room1 Own Bath Own Entry Shared Kitchen Walk to UCSD

We really liked the place! Honestly, I couldn’t think of a better location. It’s within walking distance or a 5-minute drive to a beautiful beach, from which you can take a gorgeous stroll all the way to La Jolla Cove. It’s also only a 10-minute drive to the beautiful Torrey Pines beaches, with all the lovely coastal towns north of San Diego also just a short drive away. We had no issues with street parking. There is a 2-hour limit during the day, but parking becomes unrestricted after 4 PM, which worked perfectly for us. We stayed in Room 1, which was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. The shared kitchen is huge, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The owner was very supportive and responsive, and I really appreciated all the little details that made our stay more comfortable, like toiletries provided, a large laundry room with washing detergent available for guests, and even ice in the freezer. Overall, we had a great stay!

Space usage, Lack of instructions on Kitchen usage, laundry room, shared facilities. No housekeeping for 6 days. Very cramped washroom, poor design
