Overlooking a turquoise sparkling pool and sunny southern exposure this large upstairs 1/1 has new coastal furnishings. A King size Bed with ample cozy blankets and pillows in the mastersuite and a queen size sofa sleeper with crisp white sheets in the living area provide for comfort for up to 3 guests.
Wall to wall mirrored closets in master bedroom with velvet hangers. Netflix/Hulu and movie channels on two smart 55 Inch TVs (Bedroom and Living Room) with the highest speed internet available in San Diego for your entertainment pleasure.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, electric tea pot, etc. Complete coffee station for coffee lovers with your choice of traditional coffee maker, French Press, or hot kettle, fresh coffee grinder, flavored creamer, and frother for your latte. In addition to standard glass dishware, we also provide red wine glasses with an ice bucket for sunset evenings and melamine plates and cups for dinners by the sparkling pool. Responsive host provides starter paper goods for your visit.
Working during your stay? Separate work area provided with desk, color printer, and a light ring for remote meetings. Reliable & high speed internet.

Extremely close to Scripps Hospital, Veterans Administration Hospital, Rady’s Children’s Hospital, and Sharps medical centers.
Small dog OK with additional cleaning fee and deposit. Dog bowl is provided and doggie treats to welcome your arrival. Dog needs to be crated when owner isn’t home. La Jolla is very dog friendly and the beach is available to dogs in the morning and at sunset. Walking distance to Pet Smart and their doggie daycare and hotel. (Sorry no cats - the owner is allergic.)
Vacuums, mop, and cleaning products are in the condo for use and we encourage them to be utilized. Professional weekly cleaning service available at your request, at a fee. Weekly cleanings would need to be arranged in advance.
