Excelente casa a pie de calle con tres dormitorios, amplio salón y cocina de butano con cinco fuegos. El cuarto de baño es espacioso. Lo que más nos gustó fue una generosa terraza que da al arroyo Nuño Cojo en donde desayunábamos y comíamos oyendo pasar la corriente y a los pájaros (espacio para comer justo para dos personas, si son más tiene que ser en el interior). Fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Cerca hay una panadería, una frutería, una tienda de ultramarinos y un par de carnicerías. Un poco más lejos, un Eroski.

No dispone de lavadora ni secador de pelo.
