Traumatic

I liked the location and the spaciousness of the facilities.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. The house had cockroaches, ants in the cabinets, and even in the food we stored. The dishwasher was full of mold, the coffee maker was broken, and we couldn’t make coffee for the family. The kitchen utensils were very limited; there were only table knives, and it didn’t have the basic tools needed for cooking. In addition, one of the cabinets had wood coming up from the floor, and when we arrived, the recycling bin was already full, so I had to take all the trash in my car to avoid leaving it there. This was supposed to be a special stay since I came with my family to get married, but instead of enjoying myself, I spent a stressful and very uncomfortable time. We received threatening messages about alleged loud noises while we weren’t even at the property, which made me feel embarrassed and very uneasy. What should have been a beautiful experience turned into a major headache. I did not leave happy or satisfied, and I would not recommend this property. Even on the very day of check-in, we noticed additional issues, such as the refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water, and one of the stove burners not working. I sent an email to the supposed person in charge of the property, but they never responded to my email or my calls. We tried to contact the maintenance person (Fernando) but never got a response. Even on Sunday around 10:30 in the morning, we called, and a young woman answered, saying that the manager would call us back, but we never received a return call.

Good place but the owners aren’t

We paid 500$ dispute in case something happens and we haven’t got the dispute back. They said that we used a soap and a mop we wasn’t suppose to use, we just wanted to keep the apartment clean before we leave and that cost us 500$ for trying to be nice. That’s not cool at all.

Nothing compares to this house!

The countertop and the spacious areas in/around the kitchen. Pool guy came twice. Good spacious driveway for the cars.

No cleaning appliances which force you to book a cleaning service for 150USD. No coffeemaker and no salad bowls no wine glasses. Worn down furnitures. The garden is a mess and the house is worn down as well. Paint is flaky and hanging down. The air conditioner does not work. It’s not like in the pictures. Neglectance from the PMI Service Co and the owner when we pointed out the above issues. Ants are in the kitchen. Several lamps does not work in house and it’s pitch black outside the pool area though there are no lights. Do not rent here!

Full kitchen, nice fridge. Ease of access. Owners/ mgmt company were responsive over chat. Nice amount of towels and soaps given. Neighborhood felt safe..

Floors were filthy, like black feet and socks. I had to call for a re- clean . No Internet info was readily available, i had to reach out to get it. There was no tv stations. Needed to login with a personal streaming services . Outside Garbage can was overflowing . Not sure last time taken to curb. House wasn’t as nice as i had hoped, i wouldn’t stay again. In the bunk room, 2 of the beds had no duvet covers on the white duvets.. and the white duvets were visibly dirty.. pretty gross! In one bedroom in closet hanging shelves there was easily visible a dental floss stick..not sure used or not.. gross.

BUT the house is nice, very large yard, huge living room and good for family.

There’s a noise ordinance and noise detection device. I think that’s fine but it was so sensitive my husband was laughing a little too loud while we were sitting around and just talking, at 11 am and we got an automated warning. Sort of a turn off for us. Also, we washed our clothes without checking the dryer and turned out it didn’t work :-).

sind nur kleinigkeiten wie zb. das die fassade bisschen abpröckelt aussen ...aber mei kann ich mit leben

Aivan ihana koti! Puhdas ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaikki kodinkoneet ovat toimineet moitteettomasti. Jääkaapista saa jäitä ja juomavettä! Suihkut toimivat erinomaisesti. Iso uimaallas oli lastemme suosikki.

Puuttui hiustenkuivaaja ja salaattikulho. En tiedä oliko tästä maininta kuvauksessa. Oletin vaan että ainakin hiustenkuivaaja olisi jokaisessa vuokrakodissa. Mutta ei tämä vähentänyt ihanaa lomafiilistä jota koimme tässä kodissa.
