Cold temp indoors and harsh strong bleach odor on first day. Cold white interior light.

The space is spacious and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable. The design is modern and tasteful, with a minimal color palette, which is a great and rare find in Florida! The pool and the porch behind are lovely, though it was far too cold to use them. All the issues we encountered, as listed, can be resolved, so with proper preparation beforehand and contact with the host, the experience could be very different.

We did encounter several important issues during our stay. 1. Given the cold weather in Florida at the time, the air conditioning was left set to cold, the instructions by the thermostat were unclear, 2. The heater in one room did not work at all. The next day we did receive a small heater and the AC was turned to heat but the first night was very cold. The AC instructions too were not clear until the second day. 3. There were no warm blankets so we had to improvise solutions. 4. The small sink in the extra bathroom is partially clogged and overflows very quickly, making it almost unusable. 5. The front door has clear glass, which eliminates the sense of privacy inside the home. The back has glass as well, but the front in particular feels exposed. 6. The lighting lumen temperature throughout the space is white cold and harsh, creating an industrial feeling rather than a warm, yellow, homey atmosphere. Enough side warm lighting could give an alternative. 7. Another major issue was the smell. The strong bleach odor was overwhelming, very un-welcoming upon arrival, and lingered throughout the entire first evening and the morning, making it very unpleasant all over the home. Sorry, there were a lot of issues that very much effected our stay.

Fun in the sun with a great place to stay!!

The house was perfect for us! Very clean, spacious and the backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs! I messaged the host about a quick question and she responded within 15 minutes. The host messaged me to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. All around very positive experience and if we are ever in the area would 100% rent this Airbnb again.

The water pressure was non existent in the house except for the shower in the room off the kitchen, but I dont think that is the hosts fault or takes away from the house. Just a little annoying. Other then that, we loved the house. Perfect for our family of 7 and 2 big dogs!!

WOW – What a stay! This Airbnb was an absolute dream and truly felt like a home away from home—except better, because it made me not want to go back home! From the moment I walked in, everything was flawless. The property was stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Every detail made it feel like I lived there full-time, not just visiting. The appliances were modern and updated, the decor was stylish yet cozy, and the entire space had a welcoming, luxurious vibe. The bedroom? Heavenly. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages! The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house, and the TVs were already set up with all the channels I love—no hassle, just comfort. The neighborhood was just as impressive. Located on a quiet, beautiful street, but just minutes away from everything I wanted to do—bars, restaurants, shopping, and more. Downtown Miami was an easy 30 to 45-minute drive, but honestly, I barely needed to leave the area. Everything I needed was right there. The pool area? Chef’s kiss. Whether I wanted to relax, take in the sun, or just vibe alone, it was perfect. I even found myself curled up on the couch just soaking it all in like I was back home—it was just that comfortable. This is the ideal property for any kind of trip: • Girls’ getaway ✅ • Family vacation ✅ • Solo staycation ✅ It’s spacious and versatile enough to accommodate whatever kind of experience I was looking for. Now let’s talk about the host—incredible. Super responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. They checked in regularly just to make sure I had everything I needed, and their communication was always clear and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I’m already eyeing my calendar to book my next stay here. I 1000% recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and luxury. Don’t think twice—just book it.

Großes Haus mit Pool für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen!

Das Haus ist schön groß für eine größere Gruppe. Großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche und ein toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill, Terrasse (für den Abend sollte man Mückenspray benutzen, viele Mücken vorhanden) und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Garage - Spielraum haben wir nicht genutzt, ist aber auch ganz nett gemacht. Der große Pool war klasse, die Mädels haben sich sehr gefreut. Im Haus war vieles vorhanden: Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Gewürze (entweder noch vorm Vorgänger oder Vermieter, das weiß ich nicht), viele Handtücher. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, kompetent und man hat eine schnelle Antwort bekommen.

Mehr Besteck und mehr Gläser für eine große Gruppe wären schön. Vielleicht ein Sonnenschirm am Pool, wenn man auf einer Liege liegen möchte.
