Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Have stayed 2 times and hope to stay every year we go! We love it!

the dishwasher required a part that is on back order so we did not have a dishwasher all week for 6 people. The TV in the queen bedroom works but requires a control for turn on and volume. The Roku control Jeff brought in works but there is no way to control volume. Over all it was a good stay. comfortable and roomy; attention is needed for the window cover in the master bedroom bathroom. Again, Jeff did all he could do for us. Thank you

The condo was not maintained well or cleaned well. There was also construction and facilities were not available. Dirty clothes in draws and dirty sheets on the bed. CEOs in the floor tile and broken blinds. There was a lot v more wind but I have water enough time and wobbly be renting from Vrbo again
