TheDaytonaPenthouse is DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN !!! No other Hi-Rises to block your view, You are walking distance to Bars and Restaurants along the beach. We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.
Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise is minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.

We absolutely loved staying here the ocean views are amazing. We got in town earlier than expected and was able to check in early. Very clean. The host is was very nice and let us check in early. we are so happy that they open up to those who come vacation in Florida. We look forward to coming back and staying again.

This is a great place in Daytona Beach! On the beach, penthouse condo, plenty of room, and a very well stocked kitchen. One of best rentals we have done on VRBO. No complaints at all. There is construction going on but it was not intrusive to the unit. If we ever need a place this large again in Daytona Beach, this would be our place.
