Les Rossignols is an independent villa for 11 people, surrounded by a 900 m2 enclosed garden and located in a quiet residential area. From the house, the cycle path is 100 m away. This will take you to the banks of the Courant at 200 m and its sports course, to the Landes forest at 200 m, and of course to the supervised beaches of Mimizan and shops at 2.0 km.
The "Rossignols" is a family house. It consists of
- a dining room with 12 seats, the fully equipped kitchen being adjoining,
- a living room adjoining the dining room with TV, 2 sofas and armchairs.
- 5 Bedrooms
- 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 3 toilets
- 1 outdoor shower

Outside "Les Grands Rossignols": there are 3 large terraces:
- a large shaded terrace facing West. It overlooks the garden and its gravelled path. It is the ideal place for lunch and dinner all together. The garden, watered every 2 days, is green and flowery but also remains a play area. The gravelled alley is the ideal place for the barbecue and petanque area
- a 2nd sheltered interior terrace facing East and adjoining the kitchen will allow you to enjoy the sunrises, ideal for breakfast.
- the 3rd terrace facing South-East is the bathing area: sunbathing and swimming pool! Above-ground swimming pool (5x4m) and its 30m2 wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy sunny afternoons and festive snacks.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- Bicycles: 4 B'Twin type mountain bikes (for more bikes, it's also possible)
- a ping-pong table
- petanque balls, 1 MÖLKY
- 2 barbecues: 1 traditional (charcoal) and 1 gas for quick snacks.

To sleep, the "Rossignols" is classified 3 stars for 10 people and with a capacity of 12 beds. 5 bedrooms:
- the "Plage du Courant" alcove: 1 double sofa bed 140x190
- the "Seagulls" room: (East facing) 3 beds 90x190 including a bunk bed
- the "Cormorants" room (south facing): 1 "King-Size" bed (180x190) (or 2x90) + 1 90x 200
- the bedroom "La Garluche" (south facing) master bedroom 1 bed 160x190 with en-suite shower room + WC and able to communicate with the bedroom "Les Ailes"
- the room "Les ailes / (Facing West) 1 bed 140x190 with en-suite bathroom + WC shared with the room "La Garluche".
To make it easier for you to prepare for your visit and make the most of your stay, the beds are made on your arrival.
Other details:
Free Wi-Fi, a TV, a radio, a DVD player. An office area with flat screen TV and wired internet connection

Rentals are generally made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility of long weekends out of season (3 nights minimum)
Arrival 4 pm / Departure at 10 am.
Other information: The area is quiet and residential: parties are not allowed outside and noise is forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Holidaymakers undertake to respect the place and the neighbourhood.
