About this house rental
Les "Oiseaux" is a family home with a heated swimming pool and enclosed garden. It is located in a quiet residential area. The cycle path is accessible at 100 m, banks of the Courant, sports course and tennis club of Mimizan, forest at 200 m, and of course the supervised beaches of Mimizan and all shops at 2.5 km.
The house in the basement is composed of an independent studio occupied by the owner. The accesses are independent, no space is shared.
On the first floor:
- a dining room with 15 seats, the fully equipped kitchen being adjoining,
- a living room adjoining the dining room with TV, sofas and armchairs.
- 4 Bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with 2 showers and 1 toilet
On the 1st floor:
- a dormitory with 8 single beds,
- a lounge/game
- 1 shower room, 1 toilet
Outside "Les Oiseaux" is
- a covered and/or heated swimming pool depending on the season,
- a covered terrace for dinner, snack,...
- an outdoor shower
During your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- 1 barbecues
- Free Wi-Fi access
- Parking: on the edge of the Avenue des Oiseaux (free and free as well).
Rentals are generally made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
