"Les Grands Rossignols" is "Les Rossignols," a 3-star villa that sleeps 12, along with a separate apartment called "Le Haut" located on the first floor, which can accommodate 4 to 8 additional guests.
This is the ideal setup for a family with friends, where everyone can find their own space and even have some privacy, since the first-floor apartment is completely separate.
The entire property is surrounded by an enclosed garden, covering 1,200 m².
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bike path is just 100 m away, along the banks of the Courant River; the Mimizan fitness trail and tennis club are nearby; the forest is 200 m away; and, of course, the lifeguard-patrolled beaches of Mimizan and all local shops are 2.0 km away.

Outside, "Les Grands Rossignols" features 3 large terraces:
- a large, shaded terrace facing west. It overlooks the garden and its gravel path. It’s the perfect spot for everyone to enjoy lunch and dinner together. The garden, watered every other day, is lush and full of flowers but also serves as a play area. The gravel path is the perfect spot for the barbecue and pétanque area
- A second, sheltered, east-facing indoor terrace adjoining the kitchen lets you enjoy the sunrises—ideal for breakfast.
- The third terrace, facing southeast, is the pool area: sun loungers and a pool! The above-ground pool (5x4m) and its 30m² wooden deck are perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons and festive snacks.
A playground (NEW!) for children ages 3 to 12 is also available

These four bedrooms are accessed via a hallway that also leads to a separate toilet and a separate bathroom (with two sinks, a bathtub, and a toilet).
And finally, the “Les Ailes” room (west-facing) with one 160x190 bed, an adjoining shower room, and a shared toilet with the “La Garluche” room.
