Welcome to your pet friendly mountain getaway in Fraser! Perfect home base for skiing, hiking, and fishing in Grand County. Enjoy in this spacious corner unit with high ceilings and open kitchen, full of light, with large windows looking out onto aspen and spruce trees. There is a free shuttle to ski resort and town stops at the driveway and an easy access to trails and sledding, including the Fraser tubing hill.

If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - a pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$.

Pros: Spacious, pet friendly, great location in town and within condo complex. Reasonable price. Hot tub. Deck nestled in woods. Easy check in/out. Friendly communication.
Cons: Furniture is outdated. Whole place needs a deep clean as it was quite dusty. Some listed amenities not present or in need of repair (no grill, for example, and only 1 working patio chair).
