Welcome to our mountain getaway!
We are long-time residents of the Front Range in Colorado that have been exploring our state for many years. One of our favorite corners of Colorado is the Fraser Valley -- it offers year-round activities as well as a tight-knit community feel! Recently, we decided to put down roots in Fraser to have a mountain escape -- we hope you will enjoy it as well! Welcome to our peaceful and comfortable condo.
We are just 10 minutes from Winter Park Resort and the free bus route stops right at the end of our parking lot. The condo is conveniently located minutes from the Fraser tubing hills, movie theater/bowling alley, Fraser recreation center, hiking and biking trails, YMCA of the Rockies, and the Safeway/Starbucks. There are several golf courses nearby and Ski Granby Ranch which is perfect for new skiers/boarders is close by. Lake Granby and the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are about 40 min away, perfect for day trips.
The condo has two bedrooms and a den on the lower floor. Bedroom one has an attached bathroom and a queen bed. Bedroom two has bunk beds as well as a trundle bed -- perfect for 2-3 kids. An additional bathroom, cozy den (with another bunk bed), and laundry closet are also located on the first floor. The second floor includes a large, open living room with a huge comfy couch and fireplace; an updated kitchen and dining area; and powder room. The deck looks West for great views of sunset.
Our complex has just 27 units and is set in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, away from the train tracks. Our unit has recently been updated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, new lighting, and has a mountain modern theme throughout. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need. There are towels for your use in the hot tub/amenities area and bedding and towels have also been refreshed, so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.
Dogs are welcome, if mentioned prior to booking, and then approved by owner for your stay. Occupancy may not exceed 6 guests (excluding the pets).

We like staying in this area of Fraser - it is convenient to groceries, restaurants, and of course the mountain. The price was very affordable. Would recommend.

Property, communication, and experience were all excellent. My family and I enjoyed the area, and the rental. The owners communicated well and made everything available to us.
The area is great for families or individuals. Lots to do in the area. We enjoyed RMNP, hiking, ATV trip with Mad Adventures, and local shopping.
The condo itself is roomy and comfortable. No surprises, everything was as advertised.
Only oddity was a local couple who live in the complex stopped by to tell us (in an accusatory manner) that we needed to put our trash in the locked dumpster (which we did). Then proceeded to give us a lesson on bears and trash because she knew there were 3 renters there this week and we were one of them. Not a big deal to us, but can certainly be off-putting to others visiting.
All in all, 5 stars for everything and HIGHLY recommend.
