Luigi's grandparents, says the eighty-year-old owner, came here to graze the cattle and cultivate the fields, they slept in the stables where today the guest enjoys a large tavern with fireplace and panoramic porch.
Even today Luigi cultivates that vegetable garden, collects olives in the fields and for its sentimental value he finely renovated it a few years ago making it a prestigious tourist location for lovers of the uncontaminated nature that surrounds it, enjoying the scents and tranquility that this unique place offers to those who stay there.
It lies in an isolated position near the municipality of Parrano, it can be reached via a country road that evokes suggestive panoramic views along its entire route (1km).
The villa is divided into four apartments ( RENT TO 1 GROUP ONLY) with their own entrance which lead into the majestic tavern in front of the porch, equipped with a fireplace, sofas and a large dining table, not far from the external brick oven.
Large and well-kept garden (not fenced) and last but not least the private swimming pool, also unique for its panoramic views where you can spend moments that will remain with you forever.
