Perfect!

The perfect place for a bit of rest and relaxation. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We stayed four nights and didn't want to leave! If we return to Umbria, we would be glad to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended

The place is beautiful; the buildings, grounds, pool and the view are all stunning. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Firstly, Roberta is simply wonderful. She is helpful, friendly, speaks English fluently but is so relaxed - this means the entire vibe of the accommodation is welcoming and homely. We really couldn't speak more highly of Roberta. In fact, every member of staff was v friendly, helpful and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised that it is possible to eat dinner here, giving notice to the chef in the morning. It was £35pp, 4 courses, younger children accommodated with burger etc if needed and wine included. The meal itself was good, not outstanding (mains arrived fairly cold) but it was still a beautiful evening given the surroundings and how relaxed it was. We had a 2 bed flat - lots of storage for clothes, good amenities in the kitchen and decent shower with plenty of hot water. There is a lift for upper floors which is v handy with suitcases. The pool is v well maintained, was never busy, plenty of loungers, toilets nearby etc The breakfast provided every morning is good - pastries, meats & cheeses, juice, coffee etc no hot options. The place sits equidistant between Panicale and Paciano - both apparently accessible on foot though we didn't so the drive to both is literally a few mins both with decent and easy parking. Roberta booked us a restaurant for the first night in Paciano which was v helpful and a lovely evening.

I realise it's the style of the property but the flat was dark and not enough lighting to counteract. The air con is controlled centrally - you could override for 30, 60 and 90 min intervals. If the weather had been much hotter this would have been frustrating, as it was, it was sufficient.

La struttura è bellissima, il giardino curatissimo, la piscina molto piacevole e il personale molto gentile e professionale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Luogo da favola!

L'agriturismo si trova in una posizione bellissima, su un promontorio immerso nel verde e con vista sulla vallata e sul lago Trasimeno. La struttura è molto bella, ricavata in un ex convento ristrutturato al meglio. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di angolo cottura completa di tutto il necessario, oltre ad essere ben areata e illuminata. La colazione era sempre abbondante con prodotti del luogo (affettati e formaggio) e torte fatte a mano. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, veramente perone molto gentili. Non ultimo la possibilità di usufruire di una piscina immersa nel verde e nella pace, in cui ci si può sdraiare all'ombra degli ulivi e godere della vista del lago. Insomma un posto da incanto in cui tornare sicuramente!
