There is a large television, a sound system, and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a bar, and luxury built-in appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, and with its view of the Spanish Water, cooking there is a unique experience. There are two double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a wonderful ceiling fan. Cribs are also available. The entire penthouse features Italian tile flooring, and the living room has large sliding glass doors leading to the terrace with its breathtaking view. The penthouse also has its own washing machine. Of course, the penthouse also has a TV connection.
