About this villa rental
This fully renovated villa (including the pool) is centrally located in Jan Thiel East and features a pool on a cul-de-sac. This villa, with a studio, sleeps up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo are a 5-minute and 10-minute drive away, respectively.
The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen offer ample space, regardless of the number of guests.
The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeping 9), one of which is a studio with a kitchenette. The studio is accessible through the villa itself and via a private entrance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa also has 2 camp beds.
The spacious 800m² plot offers plenty of privacy and is ideally situated in the wind. There are ample shade thanks to the two spacious porches, one at the back and one at the front. The back porch has a large dining table (360x100cm) with 8 chairs. Next to the porches is a brick-built barbecue. Eight sun loungers are available by the pool. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
At the front of the villa, on the street, you can park two cars in front of the private electric sliding gate and between the sliding gate and the entrance gate. Two cars can be parked in the shade under the carport.

We stayed at Villa Panseiku for 82 days (January - March, 2023) and were very happy with the property. The property manager was excellent and was very responsive to a few minor issues. The villa was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The large pool in the rear was great.

Dit is een zeer mooie villa met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk vakantie. In de villa is alles mooi ingericht en ook de beheerders waren aanwezig om ons te ondersteunen bij aankomst. Veel ruimte om te verblijven en hebben met onze vrienden dan ook de nodige uren doorgebracht op de Porch. De kinderen (12 en 15) hebben zich dan ook erg goed vermaakt. De achtertuin heeft mooi groot zwembad, BBQ en pooldeck. Goed onderhouden en schoon. door de poollady. Aardige vrouw die we maar 1 keer gezien hebben.
Wij zullen zeker hier terugkomen en hebben al een nieuwe datum in gedacht. Het contact met Oscar en Jacqueline was erg prettig en gaf meteen een gevoel van vertrouwen. Zij hebben alles eraan gedaan om ons een geweldige vakantie te geven, zeker de tips waren bruikbaar.
Bedankt dat we in jullie droom mochten verblijven.

Dit is een zeer mooie villa met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk vakantie. In de villa is alles mooi ingericht en ook de beheerders waren aanwezig om ons te ondersteunen bij aankomst. Zelfs een boodschappenpakket met een fles wijn en 4 biertjes en frisdrank, brood en beleg lagen klaar zodat we heerlijk de volgende konden ontbijten. Veel ruimte om te verblijven en hebben dan ook met onze vrienden de nodige uren doorgebracht op de porch. De kinderen (12 en 15 jaar) hebben zich dan ook erg goed vermaakt. De achtertuin heeft mooi groot zwembad, BBQ en pooldeck. Goed onderhouden en schoon. door de poollady. Aardige vrouw die we maar 1 keer gezien hebben.

Deze villa heeft ons (6 personen) in alle opzichten een heerlijke vakantie bezorgd. Nette slaapkamers, mooi verblijf maar vooral de porch en zwembad waren heerlijk. De villa was zeer goed onderhouden en was voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is lekker groot en werd tijdens ons verblijf onderhouden door Alta. De lichte aanslag aan de rand vormt absoluut geen probleem, wij en de kinderen hebben heerlijk genoten. Ook de autohuur via Boric was super.
Kortom aanrader voor iedereen.
