Perfect for longer stays; how many places can boast a *full* kitchen with oven, stove, grill, microwave and dishwasher?
Walk to the beach, parks, local shopping areas, IGA, Bunnings, cafes, specialty stores, and the solar-powered train.

Master King bedroom with walk-in robe and view of parklands.
Second bedroom/WFH/ home office with double Murphy bed/wall bed
Kitchen with full oven, stove, grill and built-in microwave, plus dishwasher
The main lounge has 70 inch TV and a large comfortable leather couch
Guest access
Two generous bedrooms and a decent lounge with a massive 70" TV
Full kitchen and breakfast bar, plus outdoor setting
Driveway and carport, private fully-fenced yard, access to large park and greenspace, walk to the beach or use one of the solar-cycles to cruise into town
(Bike combinations are on the fridge with the wifi code. Please lock bikes when stopping anywhere for longer than 37 seconds, as they are very expensive to replace.)
