A Top Spot

Nice stay in a great location, and easy walk to town and other popular locations.

We were five mums looking for a few days away from partners, kids, jobs, responsibilities in general. From the moment we walked in the front gate of A Top Spot we were greeted by a courtyard framed by lush tropical greenery and a couch setting beckoning us to sit and enjoy the filtered sun. Entering the front door we were wowed by the beautifully decorated house we were lucky enough to call home for the next few days. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect, each boasting ample space to hang/store your clothes. Windows could be kept open to enjoy the cooler night air and closed and covered during the hot days. The beds were dreamy, topped with luxurious linen and adorned with fluffy pillows. I was lucky enough to sleep on the mezzanine level and I felt like I was the queen of the castle! There were two lovely bathrooms to accommodate the needs of five women, one with a bath that provided much well needed R&R. The living room oozes charm with it's sloped roof and the comfiest couches I've ever sat (laid) on. The massive dining room with its fabulously oversized table made for fun times dining in and playing cards. The kitchen had everything we needed, coffee machine included - and enough space for a dancefloor! Everything has been thought about in this perfectly designed house. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back for sure!

Great location and plenty of space

Toilet paper caught us by surprise as thought considering 6 adults for 5 nights was a bit light but wasn’t an issue to go get some 😆 Had a bit of confusion over instructions left and messaged! Small issues but overall great stay

Perfect location to both the beach and into town. It was a spacious house so it felt like we all had our own space. Each bedroom had its own little perks from an outdoor shower, to a patio or an air conditioner/ fan in the room). I felt like it looked even better in real life than it did in the pictures. I was beyond happy with this place and was glad I was able to book it!

The road is quite narrow and with other cars often parked on the street, it may be a little hard to reverse out of the driveway if you have a larger car. Definitely not impossible though and not something that would have made me not want to book again!!
