Drift - 3 BR home near town & beach with pool

Spacious, well air-conditioned and very clean, good double garaging. Excellent location opposite several popular restaurants.

Dated coffee machine missing filter so didn’t work. Pool is communal. Reads as with pool when it’s “shared pool amenities”

Location - 10 mins walk into Byron Adjacent to communal swimming pool End of cul-de-sac, so very quiet Well presented & comfortable

Third/twin bedroom was a bit too small for adults Information given regarding access codes to the main gate & pool were incorrect & there was a delay in providing the code for the property itself

Comfortable, spacious, opposite the pool and super clean (spotlessly so). Good garage (hired a car so very handy) and laundry. Great, quiet location at the bottom of the main st and a 10 min stroll into town and the beach. Close to Woolies, nice restaurants and the Bay Grocer (Great coffee option)

The pool area could do with some updated li-los and an accessible toilet but was very pleasant for a dip and long enough for a few laps when quiet.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. It was great that the host provided bikes, pool toys, high chairs etc and the little backyard was great for the kids.

1. Drain flies infesting the kitchen. Horrible smell coming from under the kitchen sink (Explains drain fly infestation) 2. Ensuite shower was not cleaned, there was hair and soap scum from the previous guests all over the shower walls 3. BBQ igniter broken 4. BBQ cleaning tools could not be used as full of hair 5. Flickering lights all through the house (lounge, dining, bedroom & laundry) 6. Dishwasher runner broken. 7. Mould all through the washing machine. 8. Mould all along the bottom of the ensuite shower screen 9. Blender provided on kitchen bench broken, glass completely cracked in jug 10. Air Conditioners throughout house barely worked, turns out the filters were completely chocked (picture attached)
