Proximity to the beach and town , aircon through out , beautiful living area , comfy couch ,even had a yoga mat which was lovely to stretch out on . Kitchen had coffee pod machine , new fridge , great little spot
Couple of loose brick pavers on the patio that were sticking out , watch your toes !! Driveway is tight but a nice little car port for unit 3 .

Location was the best!
The apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher and some dishes, pots, etc were not very clean
