We liked everything about the property.
It was comfortable, quiet and walking distance to everything.
Would of liked another bathroom ,although having the extra toilet in the laundry helps.

Great location, great light and nice views onto foliage. Tastefully decorated. Great to have a coffee machine, a smart tv & good wifi. Booking agent was very friendly and helpful.
Missing the little things that aren’t ‘required’ but for the owner to spend just a little more it would make the stay much better - for example, no bedside tables, no beside lights, no face washers, limited comfy chairs in main living area & upstairs, very limited crockery. Also there was just one bathroom at the property (though an extra toilet was outside in the laundry if desperate).

Fantastic house close to town / dog beach. Felt like home away from home. My dog and I really enjoyed our stay here. The garden was beautifully looked after, the house had beautiful natural light with plenty of room to play and exercise. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves at night.
Amenities were great. I made good use of the pod coffee machine.

Good location near Belongil Beach. Short car ride to other Byron areas.
Architect designed house with good cross breezes and good split system ai4cons.. Excellent well fitted kitchen and spacious lounge.
Only one bathroom. Zero shelves or cabinetry in bathroom requiring necessity of putting personal kit on the floor..
Zero bedside tables and Zero bedside lighting. Needs Bannister on the first four steps of the staircase.
10am checkout is one hour too early to enjoy the last morning before checkout.
