We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location is fantastic, with plenty of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind, and we were fortunate to have friendly neighbors as well.The beds were reasonably comfortable, and we really enjoyed using the gym and jacuzzi during our stay.Being situated on a busy avenue means there’s a lot of noise throughout the day and night, which was a bit challenging for us since we’re used to a quieter environment. Additionally, we encountered some issues with the appliances — the dryer and ice maker didn’t seem to work properly, and there was no coffee maker. Thankfully, there was a French press available, and once we figured out how to use it, it worked just fine.One thing to note is that the bathroom in the main room lacks a curtain, which makes privacy a bit tricky, especially at night. Also, since the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, it did get a little warm during the day.That said, the neighborhood was absolutely lovely, and we really appreciated the convenience of being so close to so many fantastic spots in CDMX. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this place to others.

Only feedback is the timeliness of communication from host. Had to prompt through VRBO agent. Other than that, great property, great location, secure, and staff service tremendous!

While the apartment is nice and located in a nice area and building, the photos are a bit deceiving as it is a bit more run down than it looks. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to our standards, the place really needs a deep clean. We also had some issues with hot water etc. and the property manager was not very responsive/had to be prompted. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but could have been better
