Casa El Valle is unique completely wooden villa with fantastic views located in secured and tranquil area of La Alqueria in Benahavis. Very close to all amenities and just a few minutes drive down to the beach clubs, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and the famous Puerto Banus.
Offering a subtle blend of traditional Andalucian-Style and contemporary Belgian-style furnishings, Casa El Valle provides cosy and bright accommodation in a picturesque setting with beautiful views to the mountains and coastline.
A fabulous outdoor dining and lounging setting on the terrace make this a wonderful spot for al-fresco dining with the family, to chill out, and soak in the rays. It features the covered terrace with bar table, dining table that sits 8, gas BBQ, chill out area, 6 loungers, large swimming pool (5x10m) and a shower. The whole outdoor space set up with sound system Sonos.
On the left-hand side from the main entrance you have an inviting living room, a master bedroom with a bathtub behind the bed, a sink and WC. Generously equipped kitchen with breakfast table and smart TV. From the kitchen, there are stairs down to the laundry room and a garage for 2 cars.
On your right-hand side from the entrance you will have access to a two bedrooms and kids room with bunk bed. All these three rooms sharing one shower room and separate WC.
The house fully air-conditioned, has strong WI-FI and alarm system.
