Villa Cecilia is perfect for golf enthusiasts as it literally overlooks the Guadalmina Alta Golf Course! This traditionally designed 4 bedroom villa with private pool has a homely feel plus there's a small selection of shops and restaurants within a short stroll. What's more, Guadalmina Beach, the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara and chic Puerto Banus are all less than 10 minutes' drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Cecilia is superbly located within the sought after Guadalmina Alta Golf Estate. It is located 1¾ miles west of San Pedro de Alcantara, with its many fine restaurants, shops, bars and sports facilities. There's also a restaurant and mini market within walking distance. If this isn't enough Puerto Banus is less than 10 minutes' drive, whilst the fashionable resort of Marbella is a little further, both with a host of amenities.
